Local Business Owner Wins SBA Small Business Person of the Year

Pam Fountain-Wilks, owner of Mosaic Personnel, has been named SBA Small Business Person of the Year, and will be submitted as a contender for the national award. Fountain-Wilks and Mosaic Personnel, a local recruiting firm, have been honored multiple times over the last year.
Fountain-Wilks’ unparalleled leadership skills and intuitive business acumen have resulted in an organization with dedicated employees and a 97.6% repeat business rate. She believes in making ethical decisions in business, and in life. She volunteers regularly and is an active member of the community, serving as the Vice-Chair for the Central Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board and as a Board Member of the OK Ethics Foundation.
