Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Anticipates project needs, discerns work priorities, and meets deadlines with little or no supervision
  • Conducts research, update curriculum, and find current, up to date resources to support trainers
  • Oversees ongoing communications with all Coaches and Trainers 
  • Review processes and procedures for all training and coaching programs
  • Ensure quality control through thorough processes of client evaluations
  • Assist with identifying potential coaching and training talent
  • Coordinates appointments and scheduling of training and coaching sessions
  • Prepares nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.
  • Fully responsible for partnering with our design and layout team for edits, case studies, graphics etc. 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate skill level in Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel and Google
Preferred Skills
  • Demonstrates hospitality and enthusiasm for serving others through outstanding customer service
  • Ability to comfortably speak in public 
  • Able to build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
