Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of individuals work with individuals that were injured in an accident and obtain all necessary information for legal counsel 
  • Monitor metrics of the team for the overall success 
  • Represent the organization as the first point of contact for customer concerns and inquiries 
  • Provides support to management through communicating company's goals 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience leading a team of customer service professionals
  • Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
  • Ability to work one weekend per month 
  • Typing skills of 40 wpm required
