Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist hiring managers on departmental hiring needs and conducts appropriate recruiting efforts to fill their vacancies 
  • Recruiting responsibilities include but not limited to: screen potential candidates, conduct interviews, access skills according to departmental needs, maintain candidates’ records, prepare hiring managers accordingly, etc. 
  • Conduct employee onboarding and work with hiring managers to ensure all departmental procedures are met prior to the candidate starting 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • PHR or SPHR certifications preferred 
  • 1+ years’ experience in Human Resources needed with recruiting experience 
  • Experience recruiting for medical positions highly preferred 
  • Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish highly preferred
