Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the payroll process through Paycom for internal employees and contractors
  • Assist Shared Services Director with various accounting projects
  • Answer internal and contractor employees' questions regarding payroll and benefits
  • Administers employee benefits including; Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, 401k & COBRA
  • Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local employment laws
  • Maintains employee records including; current job descriptions, employee performance reviews, employee discipline warnings and other applicable Human Resource reports and document
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related experience for a small organization
  • Recruiting knowledge is highly preferred
  • Experience with Paycom software highly preferred
  • “Can-do” attitude with ability to collaborate with a team
