Job Duties and Responsibilities
- High volume customer service role that will require strong attention to detail
- Provide top-level support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Ability to articulate benefits coverage and options to customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1-3 years relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing demeanor as this is a high phone and email volume role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work in a paperless environment
- Strong dedication to compassionate customer service
- Basic understanding of insurance claim processing is a plus!
- Availability to work an 8 hours shift between 7 am and 7 pm
