Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design, plan and implement organization’s Training and Development Program
  • Provide leadership and consulting to management on ways to develop the program specific to their department
  • Continuously improve and adjust program as it directly relates to new education, job-specific training, and compliance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in an HRM Training position specific to learning and development
  • GMP experience is highly preferred
