Job Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation for customers and end users
  • Serve as a leader, mentor, and coach to less experienced staff
  • Monitor and track progress of team members
Qualifications 
  • No less than (8) years’ experience with the development and support of enterprise software systems including web-based applications, multi-tiered client servers, and deployment management is required
  • knowledge of various technologies such as AWS, Git, Atlassian, Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, YAML, Python, Perl or Ruby are preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (No degree would require an additional (4) years of relevant work experience)
  • Insurance experience would be a plus
