Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and customize coursework for training of large, small, and web based groups
  • Conduct all new hire on-boarding, orientation, and technical skills training
  • Work with HelpDesk/Support to deliver information using ITIL standards
  • Be effective as a technical writer and legal application specialist
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or) 5+ years’ experience in training and technical education
  • Must be highly proficient in training the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Requires knowledge and experience with the “ADDIE” instructional design model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, yet professional personality
