Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answers phone and greets visitors
  • Set up new client files and maintain client information for tax prep and scanning
  • Perform client bookkeeping duties as assigned, prepares tax return extensions and tax return processing
Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
  • Experience working with and manipulating files on Adobe DC or Adobe Professional
  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills
