Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supports various programs, activities and projects
  • Manages administration and logistics of numerous events
  • Provides administrative support to the Managing Director in the implementation and facilitation of programs
  • Prepares nametags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating cards, etc.
  • Assists with negotiations for space contracts and books event spaces, arranges food and beverages, orders supplies, equipment and signage, and ensures appropriate décor to meet quality and brand expectations
  • Offers ideas and participates with team to develop improvements to streamline and update programs and events
 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate event planning, hospitality, or customer service related position
  • Demonstrates hospitality and enthusiasm for service others through outstanding customer service
  • Ability to follow through on all tasks with minimal direction
  • Ability to comfortable speak in public
