Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the organization’s end user desktop computers, printers, phones, mobile devices, and software
  • Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department, and provides necessary advice and guidance
  • Provide solution to any complex IT related challenges in the organization
  • Train team members in the company's infrastructure and best practices
  • Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets; monitoring expenses
  • This position will require residency in the Oklahoma City area
  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • 5+ years of Desktop Administration experience
  • Microsoft Windows XP/7/10 Operating Systems
  • Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012 Operating Systems & Basic Linux knowledge
