Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication among customers and various internal departments to resolve customer needs
  • Provide information for customer inquiries
  • Set up and maintain customer accounts
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication, visits and other methods
  • Document all customer inquiries, requests, and comments, as well as the resulting response and any actions taken
  • Assist with reporting and other projects as requested
Qualifications
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and manage time accordingly
  • Must maintain excellent attendance standards and punctuality
