Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaboratively work with customer service staff to ensure all orders are processed, invoiced and shipped accurately and timely
  • Monitor Customer Service staff’s performance and provide guidance on operational improvements
  • Lead department on month-end transactional closes
  • Ensure all customer complaints are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field required
  • Strong SAP experience needed
  • 7+ years’ experience in a customer service role required
  • 4+ years' experience leading a customer service team
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
