Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • High volume customer service role that will require strong attention to detail 
  • Provide top-level support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Ability to articulate benefits coverage and options to customers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing demeanor as this is a high phone and email volume role 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work in a paperless environment
  • Strong dedication to compassionate customer service
  • Basic understanding of insurance claim processing is a plus!
  • Availability to work an 8 hours shift between 7 am and 7 pm
