Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leads compensation team of HR professionals in the administration of annual performance management, compensation modeling, and benchmarking
  • Develop and design compensation practices within legal requirements
  • Analyzes and interprets data to assist in strategic compensation planning
  • 5+ year experience in a compensation management role
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field required
  • Master's degree preferred
  • CCP highly preferred
  • Experience with long-term incentive programs and executive compensation programs required
  • Experience managing and leading a team
