 Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead both English and Spanish customer support teams handling customer billing inquiries
  • Demonstrate leadership for employees by mentoring, coaching, and motivating to help grow employees
  • Maintain mentality of continuous improvement for both companies and teams
  • Bilingual fluency to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish
  • Minimum three years customer service management and leadership experience
  • Available to work Monday through Friday 7 am until 10 pm with occasional weekend work, regular working hours will be 7-6 with rotating after hours
