Job Duties and Responsibilities 
  • This position supports the activities related to the planning, installation, design, configuration, implementation, security, and maintenance of the companies network and applications
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide first level support to employees via phone or in-person
  • Propose modifications and enhancements to existing applications, and assist with the development and maintenance of user systems
  • 4+ years’ of IT experience (including 2+ years of supporting business applications)
  • Must have experience and an understanding of computer hardware and peripherals, Windows OS, software implementations, system admin, scripting, automation, Microsoft SQL, network security, and virtualization
  • The most important requirement is that this person has a Customer Service mindset (An attitude toward providing exceptional service to everyone they come in contact with), a friendly personality, a strong work ethic, and is a quick learner
