Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Processes billing invoices for payment
  • Manages calendar of appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. 
  • Ensure the President is well informed of upcoming commitments 
  • Prepares documents and reports; drafts letters and documents; collects and analyzes information
  • 2+ years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Some college required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience working with and manipulating files on Adobe DC or Adobe Professional
  • Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent grammar and spelling skills
  • Prior experience in billing, or intermediate accounts payable
