Job Duties and Responsibilities
Largely a customer service role, this position will require strong attention to detail and the ability to track claim statutes to correct errors. You will receive a high volume of phone calls and emails each day regarding benefits coverage, and how certain actions may affect that coverage.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills and an outgoing demeanor
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work in a paperless environment
  • Strong dedication to compassionate customer service
  • Availability to work an 8 hours shift between 7 am and 7 pm.
